My BRCK asks me to log in when I try to open a web page and my credentials don't work!

When you first get your BRCK, you are required to register it so that you can manage it remotely from the BRCK Cloud. This is a fairly simple and straightforward process but every once in a while there could be a problem.

The BRCK communicates with the cloud once an internet connection is established and when this does not happen smoothly, the registration process remains stuck, asking you to log in even when you have not signed up.

It is a frustrating and rare occurrence that we are constantly working to fix to make the process of managing your BRCK hassle-free and to get the most out of it.

However, if you experience this problem, please send us an email to support@brck.com with the subject as New BRCK: Log In Requested Instead of Sign Up. In the email body, include the BRCK's WiFi name, that looks something like BRCK_ABCDEF123456 .

We will send you a link which once you click on allows you to register your BRCK. If you are in Kenya, call 0718 272 887. There will be someone on the line to help you with this and with any other issues you may be having with your BRCK.
